Joel started with BCU as the shop manager and went on to earn his Associates degree in Electromechanical Engineering from North Central State College in 2008. In addition to this, he earned a Bachlor's degree in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene in 2008 as well. Joel completed the IBEW apprenticeship in 2018 and has since served as a Journeyman-Wireman for BCU.

Worked at a school specialty warehouse in Mansfield
What's something you're proud of achieving/accomplishing while here at BCU?
Joel is most proud of continuing to learn his trade following the completion of the IBEW Electrical Apprenticeship program
