Safety Message From the President
BCU Electric, Inc. recognizes that safety is very important for the welfare of people, property and environment. It is our intent to comply with all existing safety and health laws that apply to the workplace. Management has dedicated itself to providing the active leadership and support necessary to develop and maintain a successful accident prevention program.
Scheduled periodic safety meetings will be held for all employees to discuss good safety practices and health issues. In the event an injury occurs, BCU Electric, Inc., implements a return-to-work program. On an annual basis, our return-to-work program is reviewed. It is our intention to bring an injured employee back to work as soon as possible, to allow his or her work activities to be incorporated into rehab and immediately adapted for the injury.
No job is so important that we cannot perform it in a safe manner and that all injuries can be prevented. We are vitally concerned about the human suffering and financial losses resulting from on-the-job accidents, both for the individual and the company.
Each and every employee is asked for their cooperation and participation by putting into practice the rules and guidelines contained within this written program.
Sincerely
Ben C. Uselton
President
BCU Electric, Inc.
